a collegea of mine has become a first-time mom of a babyboy last sunday.
Of course I had to congratulate her, so I made a nice card.And while I was making that card, I decides to make a few more, just to be on the saveside....

Happy Birthday

My father has his birthday coming weekend and he loves militairy music and shows. So this year he will get tickets for the "Nationale Taptoe 2009". But just giving tickets isn't any fun, so I made him this envelop in which I put the tickets. Hopes he likes it....

My sister-in-law will be 50-years of age next Saturday, so I made her a fun birthdaycard.

Serendipity

The June-challange at kico-stampers was making a card with a technique called serendipity.

I was not familiar with this technique. The technique-discription says that one take ones left-overs or misstampings, put it al together and make a new card out of it. So that is what I did. I had a miss-try of a technique called pointilism, a ghost-card and a basic stamping and coloring card. Cut it all up and weave a new background. Thought the colors where not very strong, so put some watercolor on. From other left-over paper bits I punched flowers and the end result is a nice card full with flowers.
